This BMW B130 Marine Engine is Brand New and has never been started since it was built in Germany back in 1984.  I have stored this engine since then in my heated basement.  My long term plans to use this engine have now changed and I am making it available for sale.  I have not decided on a price because this is an unusual item, and quite rare.  If you are looking at this now we both know the prestige that the BMW brand brings - especially in the marine world.  When you want the best for your boat - only a BMW powerplant will do.  And what could be better than a brand new BMW powerplant ?  This is not a re-build, not a reconditioned engine - this is a zero hours brand new unit.  All the accessories you see pictured have been carefully re-boxed, secured inside the factory crate - which was opened just once to take all the pictures you have seen.  Please do not ask me to take any more pictures or obtain any additional information from the engine castings, booklets, or manuals as everything has been placed back into the crate and it has been securely fastened to it's original pallet.  The only thing I did twenty years ago was add wheels to the bottom of the pallet so I could easily move the crate.  The wheels can be removed for shipping..
